  • ​ BUS-370 International Business Management - X-Culture International Group Project:

Foundley, UK (Spring 2020)

Assigned to a group of 4 International students to then choose from a large group of companies worldwide. The company my team selected was Foundley, which is based in the United Kingdom. It's mission is to help students obtain work experience in order to qualify for future jobs and internships. They provide a platform for both students to gain project experience, and for companies to find fresh new ideas and potential interns. My team's goal was to generate a high-quality, in-depth business report that would address the companies main concerns and provide some clever insight on how they could improve on those areas. The report consisted of researching, providing insight and suggesting business ideas for the following areas:

- Industry, Market and Competitor Analysis.
- Business model and pricing, costs of advertising, recruitment, etc.
- Marketing Strategy, Content Strategy and Customer acquisition strategy.
- Product Testing and User Experience.
- Quality assurance of Tasks and Projects.
​- Pre-Made Templates designed for four types of reports:

Competitor Analysis, Market Research, Benchmarking and Project guidelines for companies posting tasks on Foundley.

My contributions:
- In charge of the Project/Task testing aspect of the report (Product Testing and User Experience).
- Generated several templates for different project types posted on Foundley.com (Pre-Made Templates)

Final Team Report Score: 
- 5.3 out of 7 (Top 40% of 1,047+ teams - Average score across all teams= 5.0)

Peer Evaluated Performance Score: 
- 4.4 out of 5 (Top 20% of 5,000+ participants - Average score across all participants= 3.8)
