August 2018–Present

​Marywood University, Scranton PA - Student Office Assistant for the Alumni Engagement Dept.

  • Engage with University's Alumni and Donors through phone call conversations, postcards, letters, etc.

  • Record data into fundraising software ie. Raiser's Edge. Update files and input valuable interactions.

  • Provide administrative support and assistance to entire office and perform clerical duties.

  • Attend major annual Alumni events and provide support in the planning, organization and preparation of said events.

Summer 2019

Event Assistant for Alumni Weekend 2019 

• Greet guests and interact with alumni. 

• Assisting with any special requests, preform other duties as assigned. 

• Support, organize and aid events manager on day to day preparation tasks.

Fall 2019

Event Assistant for Breakfast with Santa 2019

• Involved in the preparation and planning, months prior to the event.
• Helped set-up and assure readiness of the event a day before. 
• Greet and interact with guests and Alumni.
• Assist the event manager with tasks to insure smooth running of event.

June 2017–November 2017

PellaCare, Brooklyn NY. - Case Coordinator & Program/Timesheet Assistant

  • Scheduled employees for patient care and involved in hiring process as well.

  • Maintained confidential database files of staff and patients. Prepared statistical data as requested.

  • Verified staff’s timesheets in HHA Exchange software for billing purposes.

Key Accomplishments:

- 10% increase of cases in the agency.

- Achieved both client and staff satisfaction through expert resolution and by accommodating their needs.

  • Managed personnel work schedules to meet facilities staffing needs using staffing program i.e MicroStaffer. 

  • Participated in orientation process of new staff as well as disciplinary action for existing staff.

  • Took part in recruitment and training of new staff along with supervision of those existing.

  • Supervised and managed store inventory.
