- Pitched idea to create a social media account to attract young applicants on Instagram. Provided insights on the content that would help increase brand exposure.

- Made a short rocket pitch presentation on a business idea for a company I created called "YoBar".
- The name 'YoBar' is actually short for "Yo bartender!", a phrase commonly used when soliciting a drink at a bar.
The idea came from the thought of how it takes a painful amount of time to get a bartenders attention in order to be served one simple drink. The YoBar rocket pitch consisted of providing a solution to an ongoing issue as well as explaining how YoBar would would work and the cost of the product.

Worked with 4 students from around the world and selected a company from a large group of companies worldwide. My team's goal was to generate an in-depth report that would address the company's main concerns and provide some clever insight on how they could improve in areas such as: The industry, market and competitor analysis. Business model, pricing, costs of advertising, recruitment, etc. Marketing and customer acquisition strategy, product testing, user experience and quality assurance.

My contributions:
- In charge of the Project/Task testing aspect of the report (Product Testing and User Experience).
- Generated several templates for different project types posted on Foundley.com (Competitor Analysis, Market Research, Benchmarking and Project guidelines for companies posting tasks on Foundley.)

Final Team Report Score:
- 5.3 out of 7 (Top 40% of 1,047+ teams. Average score across all teams= 5.0)
Peer Evaluated Performance Score:
- 4.4 out of 5 (Top 20% of 5,000+ participants - Average score across all participants= 3.8)
Conducted in-class simulated job interviews by assuming the role of the interviewer, with the Students On-Campus Achieving Results (SOAR) as the interviewee's.
- Interviewed students while taking notes for final evaluation purposes.
- After each interview, the students would then be coached and given constructive criticism.

Objective
- Prepare the SOAR high school students for competitive employment by providing them with immediate in-person mentorship and critical feedback on how they could further improve their interviewing skills while empowering them.
- Put in practice and exhibit the Human Resources skills of the BUS-422 class by allowing us to lead live interviews and analyze potential job candidates in real time.

The objective of this project was to pitch an elaborate concept to the Marketing Department for a potential annual fall event to leverage pop-culture themes relevant to college students and engage with our community. The Marketing department will choose the team with the best concept and adapt it into an actual, annually recurring fall tradition at Marywood University.
My team came up with the concept of "Pacer Puff" which would be an annual fall festival event that would have a Powderpuff tournament: High schools and colleges would be competing against each other for a good cause.
- We would involve local businesses and vendors.
- It would engage people of all age groups in all kinds of fun activities.
- The most exciting moments would be broadcasted live on Marywood's Instagram. And the use the hashtags #PacerPuffPride and #PacerPuffFest on social media to promote the event as it's happening.

My contributed ideas:
- The scheduled events: Instagram/Social media pop-ups, mini-games and prizes.
- Entertainment: live DJing, courtesy of Marywood's own Award winning student-run radio station.
- Marketing and social media and it's presence throughout the event.
- Organized the overall layout and design of the presentation.
